Founded by Nikhil Singh, Vedic Estates is an independent real estate advisory platform built with a clear purpose — to bring clarity, discipline, and transparency to property decision-making.​​

With an academic background in Civil Engineering and MBA in Project Engineering & Management from National Institute of Construction Management & Research (NICMAR) - Pune, he has professional exposure across construction execution, construction project management, and real estate consulting with MNCs. This journey provided early insights into the gaps that often exist in the real estate and construction industry.

Today, Vedic Estates operates as a buyer-first real estate advisory, offering legal due diligence, technical due diligence, and advisory support to individuals and investors evaluating flats, land parcels, and residential projects along with providing energy and infrastructure advisory.
